1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on 3888win, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all features and services available on 3888win, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, ludo, crash games, and the promotions offered from time to time.

Your continued use of the 3888win platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically so you're always aware of the current version. The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were last updated.

2 Eligibility

To open an account and use 3888win's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 3888win is a strictly 18+ platform. Creating an account while under 18 is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any country or territory where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must be registering as an individual using your own true identity. Registering on behalf of another person, or using false personal details, is prohibited.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 3888win employee in a role with access to platform operations or odds setting.

3888win reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. If satisfactory proof is not provided within the timeframe requested, the account may be suspended and funds withheld pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one active 3888win account only. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with that individual will be closed, pending balances will be reviewed, and any bonus funds will be voided.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering on 3888win, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other fields marked as mandatory. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Verification (KYC)

3888win operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We may request identity documents — such as CNIC, passport, or proof of address — before processing withdrawals, activating bonus funds, or at any other time we consider appropriate. Accounts where KYC cannot be completed satisfactorily may be restricted or closed.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have notified 3888win of a security breach beforehand. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3888win processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 5 minutes. IBFT bank transfers are processed within 2 hours during standard banking hours. 3888win does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts exceeding Rs 50,000.

4.3 Currency

All accounts, transactions, bets, bonuses, and payouts on 3888win are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. No foreign currency is accepted. You are responsible for any costs associated with currency conversion at your bank or payment provider's end if applicable.

4.4 Own Funds

You confirm that all funds deposited to 3888win are your own legally obtained funds. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using funds obtained through illegal means, is a violation of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Placement and Confirmation

A bet is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation notification from 3888win and the bet appears in your "My Bets" history. Bets that do not appear in your bet history should be treated as unplaced — contact our support team if you believe a bet was processed but not recorded.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum stake per bet is Rs 100 for most markets. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, market type, and event — the applicable maximum is shown on the bet slip when you enter your stake. 3888win reserves the right to adjust maximum stake limits for specific events or market types at its discretion.

5.3 Bet Acceptance

3888win does not guarantee acceptance of any bet. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. If odds change between the time you select them and the moment of confirmation, you will be shown the updated price and given the option to accept or decline. In-play bets are subject to slight delays due to the speed of odds movement.

5.4 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

3888win takes reasonable steps to ensure odds accuracy, but genuine pricing errors do occur from time to time. Where a bet has been placed at clearly incorrect odds (for example, a team priced at 0.50 when the correct price should be 5.00), 3888win reserves the right to void such bets and return stakes. We will always notify affected users by email when this happens.

5.5 Match Abandonment

If a sporting event is cancelled before it starts, all bets are voided and stakes returned. If a match starts and is subsequently abandoned before reaching a conclusion — without a result being determinable — bets are voided unless specific market rules state otherwise. Cricket matches where a DLS result has been declared before abandonment will generally be settled on that result.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Eligibility

All bonuses offered by 3888win are subject to eligibility conditions. Typically, the welcome bonus is available to new registered members who have completed KYC verification and made their first qualifying deposit. Existing members may be eligible for ongoing promotions as specified on the Promotions page.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be "turned over" — bet a specified number of times — before the resulting winnings become withdrawable. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place total bets equal to 10 times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.

6.3 Qualifying Bet Types

Not all bet types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets at odds of 1.40 or higher typically contribute 100%. Bets on certain low-odds markets or markets with very short durations may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. 6.4 One Bonus at a Time

You may only hold one active bonus at a time. Depositing to claim a new promotion while a previous bonus is still being wagered through may result in the existing bonus being forfeited. Clear any active bonus before opting into a new one where the promotions are not designed to be combined.

6.5 Bonus Abuse

3888win actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse — including betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent, and creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once. Such behaviour will result in bonus voidance, account closure, and recovery of any funds obtained through abuse.

Where funds are withheld following closure, we will notify you of the reason and the process for any applicable appeal.

13 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of 3888win after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
